Gratitude - Psychology

Evidence has suggested that finding the time to show gratitude for what you have in life can improve the mental health of people struggling with mental illness and the general population as a whole.

Regardless of whether or not you share your gratitude with the people around you, continued practice of gratitude has been demonstrated to change the way your mind works so that it is easier for you to be more sensitive to feelings of gratitude, and so that your mental health can improve over time.

I would like to invite you to have a think about if there is anyone or anything in your life for which you are truly grateful.
