Initial Assessment Appointments (for new Speech and OT clients) require 2 sessions of 45-50 minutes of face-to-face client services and 15-20 minutes for non face-to-face activities related to pre-session reading, preparing for session (resources/equipment), post session case notes, assessment scoring, formulation plus 1 x report writing 1.5 hours.

Initial Standard Sessions require 45-50 minutes of face-to-face client services and 25-30 minutes for non-face-to-face activities related to pre-session reading, preparing for session, post-session case notes, and ongoing intervention planning.

Standard Sessions require 45-50 minutes of face-to-face client services and 15-20 minutes for non-face-to-face activities related to pre-session reading, preparing for session (resources/equipment), post session case notes, and ongoing intervention planning.

Condensed Sessions require 25 minutes of face-to-face client services and 15-20 minutes for non-face-to-face activities related to pre-session reading, preparing for session (resources/equipment), post session case notes, and ongoing intervention planning.

Clients may be eligible to receive rebates from Medicare with a referral from GP, or rebates from private health care funds. Clients with NDIS funding may be eligible for services if plan-managed or self-managed.
