HOW TO BOOK YOUR PARTY

• Select your Party Project and any Optional Add Ons you would like.

• Send an enquiry to discuss the time/date you would like to book for your party.

• Pay a $100 deposit to guarantee your party time. Your booking is not confirmed, and your time is not guaranteed, until you have paid your $100 deposit. The deposit is not refundable.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR PARTY

• All party balance payment must be paid in full by the end of the party by Cash, Eftpos, Visa, or Mastercard. 

• Any extra guests (not confirmed) who attend on the day and participate in the party must be paid for at the full rate  (Standard Saturday $35/ Standard Sunday $40/ Deluxe Saturday $38/ Deluxe Sunday $44 per child)

• If there are additional guests not confirmed we cannot guarantee that we will have enough supplies for them to complete the craft project chosen. We cannot change the choice of project on the day.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE YOUR PARTY?

• Please email to confirm the total number of children attending the party no later than 4 days prior to your party. This allows for time to allocate enough staff and purchase enough materials for the craft project chosen. We will be in contact the Monday prior to confirm this with you.

• Adult Platters and Optional Party Add Ons must be ordered when you confirm numbers. Each adult platter serves approximately 6-8 people.

• Your Party Project must be confirmed when booking or at least 3 weeks before the party date.

 

HOW YOUR PARTY WILL RUN

• You have the exclusive use of our venue for 2 hours. 

• You will be able to access the party room 15 minutes before your party start time. Please do not arrive earlier than this as staff do require this time to set up the party room.

• If you have extra items you would like to set up, please let us know ahead of time so that we can assist with this.

• The morning or afternoon tea will be served at the beginning of the party as guests arrive. The food service is allocated 30 minutes. (The exception to this is the Ice Cream Sundae Package where snack foods are served whilst the children start their craft project and the final 30 minutes are allocated to the Sundae bar).

• The Party hosts will serve the food and drinks, sing ‘Happy Birthday’, take photos if requested and cut/ serve the cake in the first 30 minutes of the party.

• Afterwards the party hosts will clear the table and set up for the craft project.

• Kids Inspired is to supply all food for children and adult platters. Please let us know of any allergies in advance so that we can work with you to cater for this.

• We do allow the following to be brought into the venue:

  • Lolly Bags

  • Birthday Cake

  • Tea/Coffee etc. for parents

• All kids have different fine motor, creative and sensory regulation skills. Whilst staff will demonstrate and encourage the children to develop the sewing and craft skills independently, at times they may need to take over and complete some of the work for them, to ensure that the child’s project progresses and that they are taking home a finished piece.

• At the end of the party, we love to capture the pride on the children’s faces, as they hold up their finished creative projects, with big beaming smiles from ear to ear! Photographs of the finished projects and groups of kids are used to promote the party packages, and projects, and demonstrate the abilities of the children. No identifiable information is provided, though we respect if parents would like to request that their children not be included in photographs. Please notify the Creative Learning Teacher at the beginning of the party.

• You must vacate the party venue within 20 minutes of the conclusion of your party so that we can clean up and set up for the next party.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Kids Inspired has been designed for safe and enjoyable use by children 4 years and up. However, there are some risks involved with the use of the equipment and materials provided. 

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE (1) PARENT TO BE AT THE VENUE AT ALL TIMES.

Parents and caregivers (minimum 18 years of age) must provide adequate supervision of all children attending the party and are responsible at all times for the children’s actions.

Kids Inspired staff provide general supervision with the use of equipment and materials provided. Kids Inspired accepts no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from the use of the equipment and materials provided.
