Lucy Tchepak
Senior Psychologist
Lucy is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who has worked in the field of child, adolescent and youth Psychology since 2011.
Her clinical experience includes working with young people with neurodevelopmental needs, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and conduct disorders and extensive experience in psychometric assessment and diagnosis.
Lucy is passionate about making sessions evidence based yet engaging and interest led, so that supports are truly individualised and meaningful. She feels strongly that critical role families and carers play in the lives of young people should be honoured during therapy and aims to ensure that wherever possible, supports encompass not only the young person but others in their lives.
A mother to two wonderful neurodivergent young people, Lucy has a keen interest in neurodiversity affirming approaches, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and values approaches that embrace acceptance and celebration of individual strengths and identity.
She has been extensively involved in the supervision, support and professional development of many other clinicians with a particular focus on diagnosis, neurodiversity, therapeutic modalities and tailoring therapy approaches to meet individual needs.
