Jophy Or

Occupational Therapist

Jophy is an Occupational Therapist and holds a degree of Bachelor of Applied Science - Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney.

Jophy has experience working across a range of settings, including paediatric services, international mental health work, occupational rehabilitation, and acute hospital care. She has supported both children and adults with diverse needs, including emotional regulation, sensory processing, and fine and gross motor development.

Jophy takes a playful and warm approach in her work, creating a safe and supportive space where children feel comfortable to be themselves and engage in ways that suit them best. She is passionate about a client-centred approach and works closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor therapy to each individual’s strengths, needs, and goals.

She draws on a range of approaches in her practice, including play-based therapy, sensory integration principles, and emotional regulation strategies.

Outside of work, Jophy enjoys taking walks in the park, journalling, reading, drawing and hanging out with her family and friends.
