Nicole Wallace

Registered Psychologist


Nicole completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the Australian Catholic University, then went on to attain a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Master of Professional Psychology at Western Sydney University in 2017. Completing her psychology internship working in a regional CAMHs team, Nicole has further developed her passion for working with adolescents in private practice roles, providing therapeutic interventions for young people experiencing difficulties with Depression, Anxiety, emotion regulation difficulties, and Eating Disorders.

​Nicole takes a person-centred, goal-oriented approach, working collaboratively with individuals and their families to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect. She incorporates evidence based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Nicole is trained in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) and Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders and has supported parents and young people in their recovery. Nicole has joined the Kids Inspired team in July 2023 with a keen interest in further developing her skills in psychologically supporting children and their families through a neurodiversity affirming therapy framework.

​When not at work, Nicole enjoys sifting through crates for new or used vinyl records, and checking out new café spots, forever in search for the perfect mocha.
